| Gauteng Handcycling Club Championships 2010 |
The 2010 rides below will be used to count towards the Gauteng Handcycling Club Championship for 2010. Time trials are held over a 10,6km course on the Rooiwal route. Entries for the TT are R30.00 per person, and this will go into a kitty towards prizes at the end of the year. Your best 4 TT times and best 4 road race times will be used to count towards the 2010 Club Championship. For further details or to register to ride the next Time Trial please contact Hilary or Dirk

NB. The start time of the Time Trial is 2pm for the first two dates and 3pm thereafter.
2pm is the time the first rider leaves the start gate...you need to get to the venue before 2pm to set up your bike, pay the R30 registration fee and warm up before the time trial.
Riders will leave on their designated minute, if you are not ready at the specified time, then no-one rides on your minute and you forfeit the ride. No last minute entries.

Note for downloadable results spreadsheet:
The spreadsheet used for tabulating results measures your average speed against the USA Paralympic qualifying time for your
handcycle division, giving a percentage of that time as a score. This allows people in different divisions to compete on a level
playing field, as everyone is measured against their respective paralympic qualifying times. When SA qualifying times are published
we will revert to using those as a measure.
